Shipping and Terms

SHIPPING: 

Molly's prides ourselves on getting your order as fast as possible!   Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours from our store in Sarasota, Florida. 

Due to recent shipping delays out of our control, we can't guarantee exact shipping arrivals.  

All shipments will have a tracking number.  If the carrier shows the package as delivered, we consider this shipment complete and are not responsible for the package, nor will we replace if package goes missing.  

We will only ship to the address that you submit through the checkout process. Please ensure that it is 100% accurate prior to checking out. Items that are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will incur a re-ship fee.

Should an item arrive damaged please email a photo to shop@mollyssarasota.com within 7 days of receipt. Please retain all packaging for your photo.

Custom and pre-sale orders typically take between 2-4 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the listing. You'll receive tracking when your item ships, and if you're ever unsure of where your order is, please reach out to shop@mollyssarasota.com for help!

RETURNS:

We are so committed to helping you get the items that we back all of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, simply return it, with your receipt, within 30 days from purchase for a refund.   Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them.
